When it comes to troubleshooting, if you encounter issues like print smearing, non-drying, or easy rubbing off, this is usually caused by the printer ink. Some original printer ink, like HP's pigment-based ink, is not compatible with our glossy paper. The solution is to print with the Paper Type set to 'Photo Paper' and the Print Quality set to 'Standard'. If the problem persists, please reach out to us for product support.
